Position Highlights:
- Location: Grand Rapids, MI
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- Hours: 50–60/week
- Pay Rate: $25+/hour plus 10% shift premium
- Start Date: October 27, 2025
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set up and operate Acme equipment
- Load machines, start production, inspect parts for quality
- Make adjustments to ensure consistent output
- Train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift
What You’ll Need:
- Experience with Acme set-up and operation (lead experience a plus)
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to get hands dirty
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and meet physical demands
- Must have solid job history
Work Environment:
- Indoor machine shop with exposure to fumes, heat, and loud noise
- May occasionally require outdoor exposure
